speedup ur start menu
click start menu-> run -> type " regedit " and click OK
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
and on right hand pane u can see a string value " MenuShowDelay "
the default value is 400, u change it to 5 and restart ur system.
I'm sure u can see the deference....
